Tour Itinerary
Day 1 – Pick Up in Medan & Transfer to Bukit Lawang
Welcome to Sumatra.
Our private driver will pick you up from:
* Kualanamu International Airport
* Your hotel in Medan city
Please share your hotel name or flight details for easy pick-up.
Recommended pick-up time: around 1:00 PM.
From Medan we drive to Bukit Lawang village in a private air-conditioned car. The journey usually takes 3–4 hours.
Upon arrival in Bukit Lawang:
* Check in at the guesthouse
* Relax by the riverside
* Free time to explore the village
Overnight stay in Bukit Lawang guesthouse.

Day 2 – Jungle Trekking & Overnight Camping
After breakfast the trekking begins at 9:00 AM with our experienced English-speaking guide.
We enter the rainforest of Gunung Leuser National Park to search for wildlife such as:
* Sumatran orangutans
* Thomas leaf monkeys
* Gibbons
* Tropical birds and insects
Along the way the guide will explain about jungle plants, wildlife, and the rainforest ecosystem.
Lunch will be served in the jungle.
In the afternoon we arrive at our riverside campsite.
Dinner will be prepared by our team and we spend the night camping in the jungle.

Day 3 – River Tubing Adventure
After breakfast at the campsite we prepare for the exciting river tubing adventure.
Using large rubber tubes tied together, we float down the Bohorok River while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the rainforest.
River tubing ends back in Bukit Lawang village.
After the trek you can relax at the guesthouse, take a shower, and enjoy free time in the village.
