Tour Itinerary
Day 1 – Pick Up in Medan & Transfer to Bukit Lawang
Welcome to Sumatra.
Our private driver will pick you up from:
* Kualanamu International Airport
* Your hotel in Medan
Please share your hotel name or flight details for smooth pick-up.
Recommended pick-up time: around 1:00 PM
From Medan we drive to Bukit Lawang village in a private air-conditioned car. The journey usually takes 3–4 hours.
Upon arrival in Bukit Lawang:
* Check in at the guesthouse
* Relax by the river
* Free time to explore the village
Overnight stay in Bukit Lawang guesthouse.

Day 2 – Jungle Trekking (Day 1)
After breakfast the trekking begins at 9:00 AM with our experienced English-speaking guide.
We enter the rainforest of Gunung Leuser National Park to search for wildlife such as:
* Sumatran orangutans
* Thomas leaf monkeys
* Gibbons
* Tropical birds and insects
Along the way the guide will explain about jungle plants, wildlife, and the rainforest ecosystem.
Lunch will be served in the jungle.
In the afternoon we arrive at our riverside campsite.
Dinner will be prepared by our team and we spend the night camping in the jungle.

Day 3 – Jungle Trekking (Day 2)
Wake up to the sounds of the rainforest and enjoy breakfast prepared by our guide.
Today we continue trekking deeper into the rainforest where the jungle becomes more natural and less visited by tourists.
During the trek you may see more wildlife and enjoy beautiful jungle scenery.
Lunch will be served during the trek.
In the afternoon we arrive at our second jungle campsite.
Dinner will be prepared by our guide and we spend our second night camping in the jungle.

Day 4 – Jungle Trekking (Day 3) & River Tubing
After breakfast we begin a short morning trek through the rainforest.
Later we return to the river for the exciting river tubing adventure.
Using large rubber tubes tied together, we float down the Bohorok River while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the rainforest.
River tubing ends back in Bukit Lawang village.
Overnight stay in Bukit Lawang guesthouse.

After breakfast we prepare for the journey back.
